Hi Amy, Thank you so much for getting in touch, and congratulations! I’d love to do the flowers for Saturday 12 June 2027 at Ston Easton Park, and peach and cream is a beautiful palette to work with. That comes to £1,036, which is £164 under your budget. A deposit of £259 holds the date. Warm wishes, Rose

Your prices, always

Every figure comes from your own price list, and the sums are done by the software, not guessed by an AI. If a couple asks for something that isn’t on your list, it says so and asks you to price it.

The quote, line by line

Each item with its quantity and price, the total, VAT if you’re registered and your deposit. The couple’s date, venue, budget and colours are picked out at the top, with how the total sits against their budget.

A reply in your own words

A warm reply in the way you like to sound, with the quote in it and questions for anything missing, such as the date or the number of tables. Change what you like, copy it and send it yourself.

Monday’s list

Every Monday morning, an email with the quotes still waiting for an answer: the couple, the date, the total, how long ago you sent it, and a short, kind follow-up note for each.

What it doesn’t do. It doesn’t order your flowers, build recipes, take payment or send anything for you. It doesn’t choose the flowers either: that’s your art. You read it, change what you like and send it yourself. For florists and flower businesses, not for the public.

One plan, everything included.

What florists ask us

Where does it get the prices?

From you. You type your own prices once, such as bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, buttonhole, corsage, table centre, pedestal, arch, delivery and set-up. Change them whenever you like.

What if they ask for something I haven’t priced?

It doesn’t make up a figure. It lists the item as ‘to confirm’, leaves it out of the total and adds a line asking you to price it.

Can it work from an Instagram message?

Yes. Paste any text: an email, a message, or an enquiry from a wedding website. If the date or the numbers are missing, the reply asks the couple for them.

Does it choose the flowers?

No. That’s your art. It prices the items and writes the reply. It uses their colours and words but doesn’t promise any particular flower.

Does it add VAT?

Only if you tell it you’re VAT registered. Then it adds VAT at the standard rate and shows it as a line.

What happens to the couple’s message?

It’s kept with the quote so you can find it again, for 12 months, and you can delete it at any time. We don’t use it for anything else.

How much is it?

£19 a month. The first 7 days are free and no card is needed. Cancel at any time. It’s sold to businesses only.

Where do the figures and the words come from?

The figures come only from the price list you type in, and the software does the sums. Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, reads the pasted message to pick out the names, date, venue, budget, colours and what they’re asking for, and writes the reply and the follow-up notes. It never sets a price. Nothing is taken from anywhere else.

The next enquiry doesn’t have to wait for the evening.

Put your prices in once and quote the next one between orders.
